cannot open app on IPhone when my wife has something playing.

One of the reasons we have 4 Sonos speakers is so I can listen to something in my office while my wife has something else on in her, separate, office.  Now when she has music on, the app won’t even open in my IPhone . 
 

anyone else having this kind of issue? 

Gotta say Sonos kinda sucks since the update. Hoping to see fixes soon.

That’s strange….I’ve heard of people in the same household not being able to stream  because they have too many devices on an account but not being able to open the Sonos app because someone else is using it on their device.

I suggest you power cycle your device. If that doesn’t work I suggest you check your device for updates and install if available and try opening the app on your device. If that fails I suggest you delete the app on your device and reinstall it. 

Let us know what happens.

Turning my iPhone off then on had no effect. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and that seems to have fixed the issue.  At least that’s the case for now. I’m looking forward to a complete update after the last debacle. But I am sincerely grateful for your suggestion and help,
