Hello,

I used to be able to listen to the last two weeks of archived music from KCSM on Spinitron using the “Stream What You Hear” app on Windows 10 via TuneIn.

But now, for reasons I cannot divine, I can no longer do so.

I have re-installed the app. No luck. I have checked the KCSM streaming URL and it is unchanged from what I originally had.

I can listen to the Spinitron archive on my computer speakers. But I cannot now find a way to have that same signal route to the Sonos TuneIn--which I used to be able to do for years!

I am baffled and out of ideas.

Any thoughts/suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

Matteo

Sonos doesn’t own TuneIn, although they do have a sort of co-marketing agreement, I think. To my knowledge, Sonos hasn’t changed any code in their TuneIn plug in, but you might check by calling Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Conversely, it might be an issue with TuneIn, or the server that TuneIn talks to, you may get shunted off to them.

Thank you, Airgetlam. I solved my problem by a second re-install of the Stream What You Hear app.  Whatever was going on (still a mystery to me), it got solved by a clean re-install.

Thank you again.
