Cannot connect NAS music library with Sonos phone or Computer App

I just upgraded my home NAS and cannot add the newly created music library share to either the Sonos phone app or Computer program. I have followed all of what I have found thus far related to editing my computers registry and firewall. None of which has worked thus far. Anyone have ideas? Just upgraded to a Synology D220+ NAS, running Win 10 …. Sonos configuration is Playbar and One’s ….

Have you gone through these steps?

The fix was adding SMB1 to the Synology D220+.
