Looks like your device and/or the Sonos app needs to be updated. At least try closing the app and re-opening it. However. I’m more inclined to go with my first suggestion.
Nope, am at the most recent version: 15.5.
needless to say I restarted it several times. I have to say I haven’t used my sound system for a while because we moved to a new place.

Next, I’d log in to my account at www.Sonos.com and ensure that your address is properly set. Sonos uses this data to determine what is allowed for you to ‘add’ to your system. Seems like a longer shot, but worth checking.
After that, I’d suggest that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
