I am attempting to add SiriusXM to the services on the iOS Sonos app, but when attempting to, it opens to a blank screen before I can enter my credentials. This does not happen with other services like Spotify. As anyone encountered this before?

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble adding SiriusXM in the Sonos App.

A couple suggestions for you:

  1. Reset the Sonos App and then connect to the existing system.
  2. Make sure your location is set correctly in your Sonos Account. Check below on how to do:

    Check your account’s registered country

    Make sure your Sonos account is registered in the correct country by following these steps:

    Sign in to your Sonos account. Select Profile. Make sure the country is set correctly under the Address section.

    • If it is incorrect, select Edit to change the country.

    Once any changes are made to your registration information, it may take up to 15 minutes for the list of available services in the Sonos app to update.
