I can't seem to access my full Apple Music Library via the Sonos App. Only a feew albums here or there are available, some are greyed out whilst others are fine?

How can I fix this so I can play my full Apple Music Library

Hi @Ballymore, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re not seeing your full Apple Music library in the Sonos app. So the community and I can help, we’ll need some more information. Is the library your own uploaded tracks or is it songs/albums/playlists you’re saved on Apple Music? Also, can you play the tracks from Apple Music and Airplay them to your Sonos system?

If you can, I’d suggest reauthorizing your Apple Music account in the Sonos app. You can do this by going into the account section of the Sonos app (the profile icon) and then Content Services → Apple Music → Primary Account → Reauthorize Account. Once you’ve done this, check if your tracks are still greyed out.

I hope this helps!
