Can't sign in to use new features

Hi. When I use the Sonos app on my iPhone, I see a prompt at the top of the screen:

“Sign in to use new features.”

But when I tap on the link, it autofills an email address that isn’t the one through which I’m currently registered, so I’m not able to log in. And I can’t change the email address to the correct one, even though it’s stored in my 1Password account.

When I use the website, I can log in using my correct email address and PW, but that doesn’t help me on the app.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thank you.
