Can't seem to get Subsonic Working

Hi there,

I’ve just purchased a Subsonic subscription after checking that Sonos is supported by Subsonic and that Subsonic appears in the list of available services for my Sonos.

Subsonic appears to have correctly indexed my music library but I seem to be having a problem linking to my Subsonic account from Sonos - I am definitely entering the correct user details - but can’t see why it is not working.

I’m going to log this on the Subsonic help system as well as I’m not sure if it Sonos not sending the account details correctly or Subsonic not accepting them correctly.

All help gratefully received :)

This Shows the error in the Sonos app and the Subsonic screen with the Sonos config

OK,

I’ve fixed the problem, but can’t explain it….other than

I reset my Subsonic password to one without any special characters and the linking now works
