Sometimes when I type into the search box nothing happens.  Other times you immediately get a bar with Artists / Albums / Songs etc on it = great!  But why does it sometimes not work??   And when it’s not working I can still see all the Spotify playlists etc, just no search function, which is what I use most!

First, let me ask some questions to isolate the issue so we can create a path towards resolution.

1. When did it start happening?
2. Do you experience the same with your other music services?
3. Have you tried using another mobile controller? Did you encounter the same?
4. Is removing and re-adding the music services helped?
5. Are you using an iOS or Android device? What is the software version?

After checking the steps above and you're still having the same issue, please submit a diagnostic report to further check on this and provide the confirmation number in your response. Let us know how it goes. We'll wait for your reply.
