I have a Samsung S25 phone running Android 16 and oneUI 8.5. Last Monday, 11 May 2026, Sonos updated their app.
Since then I can not manage alarms in the app. The only way to manage alarms is in a PC app, in my case MacOS. There’s a catch, the MacOS app is intel based and M1 Macs use Rosetta to use it. The Rosetta translated app will soon be withdrawn.
Sonos Support take two hours to get to the point where they just shrug their shoulders and point toward the soon to be withdrawn PC app.
We invest on Sonos products because of a perceived notion that it’s good an reliable. In recent times Sonos has become a laughing stock.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
