New Windows 11 laptop. Been through process to access iTunes music library but there is no way that I can see to edit the path, which only goes as far as iTunes folder but not to iTunes library within the folder. Tried installing and uninstalling both Sonos and iTunes apps. However when I do iTunes instal from Sonos in old Windows 10 laptop I have access to iTunes.
The path is probably fine - but maybe check the things mentioned in this Sonos Support link…

Ensure the computers netbios name is no longer than 15 alphanumeric characters and that there are no spaces or special characters in the name itself.
Thanks for advice Ken. However not having great IT skills the guidance to check Windows 10 does not align with Windows 11.
Item 8 in the guidance to check Sonos Controller is not visible to me. Not sure this is because I have McAfee Security installed?
See this link for Windows 11 to check your network settings…

To check your netbios name see this link…

It might also be your McAfee firewall of course - so also see this link…
