Can't connect to Sonos

Tried to reboot Sub. Can’t connect when asked to press. Tried LAN still no good. Then went on to pair x2 play 3 and couldn’t connect. Then parts of App stopped working. What’s going on?

I am surprised my playbar is working as nothing else is.😔

Why did you want to reboot Sub? Do you mean reboot or restart? What are you pressing? When are you asked?

You sen to be telling us lots and yet none of it reveals much. 
 

Are you using S1 or S2 with Play:3’s? 
 

Is this new system setup or existing system that’s now playing up?
