I can add a playlist to the queue once that playlist is playing I want to add another playlist to the queue. I go to anI go to a playlist and choose add to the end of queue and it says unable to add to the queue.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue when trying to add a secondary playlist in the queue while the first one is already playing in the Sonos App.
I tried a few things but was unable to reproduce what you are mentioning. I’ve initiated playback with a Spotify Playlist and then I added another Spotify Playlist at the end of the queue without issue.
I also did this with a YouTube Music playlist followed up by another YouTube Music Playlist and Spotify Playlist.
Just to make sure I’ve also tried this with Sonos Playlists which include tracks from multiple Music Services and everything was added successfully.
I suggest some basic troubleshooting in regards to the Sonos App below in hopes that it will resolve the issue you are experiencing:
- Force-close the Sonos App and re-open.
- Check for updates for the Sonos App to confirm you are using the latest version. You can uninstall the Sonos App and re-download it from our official page. When launching the Sonos App, tap “Join Existing System".
- Refresh the network connection by rebooting all network devices involved. Start with your Router → Sonos → Controller (Smartphone/tablet)
- If you have another device, try and reproduce this and see if you experience the same issue.
You can always Submit Diagnostics within 10 minutes of observing the “Unable to add to the Queue" error message and contact our Support Team for live troubleshooting.
They have tools at their disposal to provide you with information and advice specific to your Sonos System and what it reports.
