Can't access music library

Hi community,

I used to be able to play my whole music library through SONOS - however, this is no longer working and I cannot reconnect to the library - I get various error messages.

I have tried the connection methods suggested online but to no avail.  Any ideas?

What is the error message? Where is your local music library located? NAS, PC, Mac, other? Is it set up as an SMB v2 or v3 share on your network?

Have a look at this and see if it helps: Add your music library to Sonos

If not, Sonos support can probably tell what the problem is and help you resolve it. Try submitting a diagnostic (Submit Diagnostics) within 10 minutes of getting an error. Then call Sonos Support (Sonos Support) to discuss it. They may be able to see what’s going on since they have access to information about your network and sonos system that no one here has. Don’t post the diagnostic number here, though.

With no clue what either of you have in the way of Sonos gear and software, or your library server, making a useful suggestion is unlikely.

If you run a scan and get the message “No longer available” or something to that affect the network path has mostly likely been altered.

On what/where is your library residing (i.e. NAS, Computer or external drive)?

Maybe this will help? Add your music library to Sonos

Without any other information from you (both), there’s not much else we can offer.
