Can someone please tell me how to get Apple Music to stop dropping out on my Sonos system? It’s gotten so bad. I can’t take it anymore. It’s only Apple Music and Spotify plays completely perfectly through the entire system no dropouts no nothing. Unfortunately, I’ve had Apple Music for over 20 years and all my stuff is on Apple Music and everything I stream is on Apple Music. So I’m not gonna pay for a Spotify account Just to listen to everything on Sonos. I know this didn’t happen when we actually had the old app that worked. And I’m sure Sonos’s won’t acknowledge any of these problems because they never do and then it’ll be 2 1/2 years from now and they’ll post something on the forum saying we finally fixed Apple Music problems so does anybody have any type of a setting fix or something for this?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with Apple Music dropping out on your system.
From what I can see, there isn’t any outage currently and there hasn’t been one for Apple Music from the time you posted. If you’re playing Lossless or Dolby Atmos tracks, try using Airplay or Bluetooth to play to your speakers from the Apple Music app to see if that helps.
If any type of track is cutting out, or Airplay and Bluetooth still cut out on your system, then I’d suggest contacting our support team with a diagnostics after the music cuts out. They have the necessary tools available to look into your system to see what’s going wrong and can help you troubleshoot.

I know you posted in this thread, but have you tried the bandwidth limit solution posted?
You may wait a long time for a fix if at all.
We will all be waiting years for a fix. Just like the Dolby atmos issue that took 3 years to fix on the Arc and just like how the app will never ever be fixed.

Are you using the ‘Free’ Spotify account when you were not having issues with Spotify, and comparing with the paid Apple Music Service are experiencing dropouts?
