Can I connect my system  (Play 1s and Play 3s) to play BBC Sounds radio

Hi @Neil_52

Welcome to the Sonos Community! For clarity:

If you are located within the UK, please install the BBC Sounds service from within the Sonos app: Add a music service to Sonos

If you are located outside of the UK, please install the BBC Sounds app to your phone/tablet, then use AirPlay, Bluetooth or Line-in to play to your Sonos system.

I hope this helps.

If you’re in the UK download the BBC Sounds app etc. That should then appear on your My Sonos app. Click on the music symbol to find it.
It possibly won’t work if you’re resident in other territories outside the UK.

I think you’d need to add the service in the Sonos controller as well, and do the whole sign in thing. I don’t think the Sonos ‘plug in’ recognizes that you’ve downloaded the BBC app itself.
