When I open “Die Drei ???” in the Sonos with Spotify as the music source, the infinite scrolling is buggy. Sometimes alnums get skipped, sometimes when I scroll down, I see the same albums again. I recorded a video of that. Pleade also notice the order of the albums that is not always correct.

Sonos shows you whatever data it receives from Spotify (or any streaming company) in the order it receives it. Sonos doesn’t do any sorting or filtering. Some people seem to want Sonos to filter it.

In any case, I suspect there is some sort of wifi interference between your speakers and the Spotify server that is sending you the data. Unfortunately, I don’t have enough data to determine if this is local to you, or outside your home.

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Try to update your Sonos app because for me this was a problem in oldest version of the app but I will try to see in my app if I have the same issue (I often play music directly in the Spotify app so I don't see so much the Sonos app 😅)

I suspect the issue is related to the large quantity of entries that appear for Die Drei ???. The full list is probably over 300 entries when viewed using Spotify app.

Using the Sonos app on Android, I see the same behaviour as your video.

Searching Die Drei ??? using an iPad however will only bring back the first 50 entries. The rest are MIA (as per screenshot)

No, same display error can be replicated with other artists who have larger catalogues.

Could have a limit (by characters, tracks, etc.)?

There’s definitely a limit when using the Sonos app on iOS.

Android will produce more results, beyond those of iOS when available, but is buggy.

Yes I already noticed that, so it could be a error which causes it to load out of phase in the iOS app

@torbenkeller - FYI Sonos are now investigating the buggy android search results behaviour.

The limited search results on iOS is also being looked into.

The Sonos Desktop app works too, but the Sonos mobile apps have weird size limits on results, for some reason.

My apps (see profile) have no trouble with large search results, including this one.
