My Boost is not showing in the list of Sonos components or ‘About Your System’ in the new S2 app.

Additionally, the Boost is not shown in the list of components on the Sonos Mac app or web app but it IS shown in ‘About Your System’ on both.

Furthermore, when I initially updated to the new app on my iPhone, the Boost was missing, yet I still had the ‘old’ app on my iPad, and it was displayed correctly (in the list of components and ‘About My System’).  As soon as I updated my iPad to the new version of the app, the Boost disappeared.  

I did call Sonos Support and they confirmed that the Boost was working fine.

Can anyone please help with this?

Same issue here - when Sonos app upgraded Boost was missing and all my speakers had to be connected to WiFi. I bought the boost to avoid this. I don’t know what’s going on but everything you see about this app update is that it is a fiasco. The app is still counter intuitive - I wish Sonos would get someone to design an app that actually works properly and is much more user friendly this one is yet another fail for all the hype.
