Hello:

Level 2 support is telling me there are no more troubleshooting steps they can do. Since the new app, I can’t get all the speakers playing.  I downloaded this week’s update and firmware. What do I now?

I think you have no option than to wait for new software releases. They have, each of the three Tuesdays since the original release, brought out a new update, each of which has fixed some issues. It’s not at parity yet, but certainly moving in that direction.
