Why am I being denied access by Sonos to a particular track from an artist - yet can play other tracks from the same artist ?

What is the source of the track (spotify/local library ect.)?

Without knowing what the source of this music is and maybe what song or artist it is hard to say why you cannot play it. Why do you conclude this is on Sonos?

There’s a few reasons why a song is unable to be played.

There may be licensing issues restricting playback or the specific track could contain explicit material and the explicit content filter has been enabled in Sonos.
