So I have 2 beams gen 2s now I can’t see them on the application at all they link to the WiFi and work fine but I just don’t see them in the application to control the volume I can use the remotes but still would like to know why they aren’t showing up on the app any help would be great thanks
Without knowing more about your network and the way the Beams are connected to it, there's an infinite number of possibilities why this would be the case. How can you tell the soundbars are still connected to your network? What remotes are you using? Is your phone connected to the same wifi network? Are there any VPV's services running on your phone? Did you give the Sonos app the right permissions on your phone? Is your system visible in the Sonos web app (Sonos)?
All yes I can tell the sound bars are on the internet I can see them online and working and my phone is connected to the same internet as the sound bars checked that as well the app just isn’t showing them at the end of the set up it just said that your sound bars are connected but might not show up on the Sonos app
And there’s no vpn running as well
Problem resolved there was a disconnect from the phone and the app hard reset of the phone solved the problem
