Your Apple Music library is not stored on your Beam2. So when you open the Apple Music app you’re not seeing all of your songs? Sonos only shows “X” number of songs in a Playlist. So how many songs are in your playlist.

Now.. that said maybe the above is not your issue but you’re getting “Content cannot be played” message. Is that it?

Thank you for your advice AjTrek1.

I am a new user of my Beam and assumed that after I had twinned my iPhone with the Beam, the full content of my iMusic library would be available to play on my Beam but only a limited number are available to play. I believe you are confirming that is in accordance with the design of the interface.

thank you for your help

Well… not exactly. I’m trying to determine where you are seeing your library? If on your device via the Sonos app it will only load a certain amount of songs to be visible. That doesn’t mean that they can’t be played with a search. So once again are you getting an error message?

Hi and thanks.I am reading my Apple Library on the Sonos App.
Although all my tunes in the library are shown faintly in grey, the only tunes available to me to play on my Beam are shown in colour. Consequently if I want to play a “grey” tune I have to type its name in the Search field. OK I can cope with that, it is just unfortunate that I’m unable to start playing my entire library continuously at random.
