Hi, I can’t do correktion of bass, Please helo

Looks like both bass and treble are greyed out. 
Here are some things you can try:

Restart your phone

Reset the app

Reboot the speaker

Reboot your router

I’d be tempted to update both the speaker with new firmware, and the controller with updated software. I suspect there is a version mismatch.
