ARE YOU EVER GOING TO FIX THAT APP?

I purchased an Arc Ultra , 2 Era 300’s and a Gen 4 sub and I’m regretting it. I’m so tried of rebooting speakers, rerunning and rerunning and rerunning True Play, and calling tech support WAY too many times only for them to say their diagnostics finds nothing wrong with the speakers. Do you know why the diagnostics always finds nothing wrong with the speakers? BECAUSE IT”S NOT THE SPEAKERS, IT”S THE APP.!!! Instead of running worthless diagnostics on my speakers, why don’t you run some diagnostics ON YOUR APP? if you do, you’ll find the problem. AND HOPEFULLY FIX IT!!! Don’t get me wrong, the speakers can sound great, but then comes the app glitches and they suck. If the app doesn’t get fixed, you might as well save your considerable amount of money and just use the speaker on your TV. At least you’ll know why the audio is so bad.

My guess is that your issue is not with the SONOS equipment or the App, but since you haven’t given us any symptoms, we can’t help.

This is not a good place to complain to Sonos, it is mostly just other users here, a call to support is your best bet for that.

On your system isues:

Since the app is simply a remote control it is rarely the source of any sound issues.

Just as with your TV set's remote, the Sonos App/remote has nothing to do with the sound.

If you are interested in getting your system working we users here can often help.
