Apple Music still broken

Good news - I've been unable to unbrick my system with the latest app update and a factory reset. 

Bad news - my main music source Apple Music is still completely broken. It's not possible to unlink and relink the service in the app. 

Any idea when this will be fixed? Or any other Apple Music users found a workaround?
