Very similar to this thread:

 

 

If I use the iPhone app, search for “Easy Hits” and filter by Apple Music, I see a playlist called Easy Hits. The icon is a tea cup. All well and good.

If I go to music.apple.com, search for “Easy Hits”, I see a playlist called Easy Hits. The icon is a tea cup. All well and good.

If I use play.sonos.com and search for “Easy Hits” I see two folder icons, “Recently Added” and “Apple Music Playlists”. BOTH ARE EMPTY.

If I use the legacy Windows app, I also get no results. EMPTY.

So a total lack of consistency across the Sonos platform.

I have “reauthorised”.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting that playlist to show. If you’ve reauthorized Apple Music, there isn’t anything else I can suggest on the community. A workaround could be to save the playlist to your Apple Music account instead of searching for it to see if it shows up.

I’d recommend submitting a diagnostics then contacting our support team for further assistance. They have the tools available to look into your system and troubleshoot why this content isn’t showing in the Sonos app.
