Having the same problem as other posters. I cannot play anything from my Apple Music collection through the app. It buffers endlessly or does not respond at all.  But I can stream via airplay to my One SLs, sub and arc. Other sources work fine through the app - Sound cloud, Sonos radio, Spotify, etc.  This problem arose some time in the last 6-8 weeks because that was the last time I used the system and it worked fine then. 

Sounds distressing. Have you rebooted both your router, followed by the Sonos speakers?


Thanks for the advice.  By coincidence I had to get a new WiFi system setup. After that I did a factory reset of all 4 speakers and the sub and now it’s all working fine again.
