I see Apple has recently enabled a direct import from Spotify, previously you would have had to use a 3rd Party App (eg SongShift) to migrate, I assume is now a whole lot easier to migrate Spotify playlists:

Thanks for this info! I just migrated all of my playlists from Spotify and Amazon in minutes! Worked great, and even let me know specific songs that did not match availability on Apple Music, suggesting options for alternate tracks. No more recreating playlists!
