I recently bought a pair of Era 300’s. I was able to setup the speakers fine however, the streaming service I use is Apple Music and for some reason it doesn’t come up in the list of connected services. I have search manually and looked for the entire content service list . Can someone help me figure out why Apple Music doesn’t come up on my app??

I found I had to do a factory reset on a new Era 300 before it would stream Apple Music, I also deleted and reconnected Apple Music to the App. Not quite the same problem as you’re describing but a factory reset might help!

I have already done a factory reset and the problem is Apple Music doesn’t come up as an option at all to add to the app which is strange

Hi @CPDABG

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of the issue you are having in finding the Apple Music service to add to your Sonos system.

I’ve checked your address and it looks OK, but as the Sonos app bases which services you can see to add on your address, the issue seems most likely to be rooted there.

Please log in to your Sonos account at https://login.sonos.com and go to Profile, then click Edit. Change your country to another random one, save the changes, then change it back to the US and save.

So you don’t then need to wait 24 hours for the change to take effect, please open the Sonos app and go to User icon » App preferences » Reset app » Reset. Reopen the app afterwards and opt to connect to an existing system, then log in to your account in the app before trying to add Apple Music once more.

I hope this helps.
