Every time I try to use this junk app I have to reset my speakers create a new system. Then it never finds them until I do it 5-6 times. Just when I think it’s working it randomly says can’t find system. But every other app I use to stream to them have zero problems finding. I can literally be listening to the speakers via any other app and the Sonos app just says can’t find speakers try again. Whoever is In charge of your app division needs to be fired. Why do I have to have an Internet connection just to use these speakers. These speakers are expensive and it’s not a huge ask to have an app that works. Sonos is quickly becoming a joke of a speaker system and a company as a whole.

Most folks never do a Factory Reset. It is rarely needed. It rarely fixes anything for more than a short time. It wipes out data Sonos could use to assist you.

Many are grumbling about the required Internet connection, me included. There is no reason I should have to have a working Internet connection to listen to my local music library.

If you’d like the Community to try to assist you there are many capable of helping if you ask and give us the information we’d need to help.

Sonos support (best to call them) is available also and if you haven’t recently wiped it there is internal data they can use to analyze your issues.

It’s Xmas day and Sonos app won’t work...wore than usual. I am completely DONE with Sonos...the app and programming---5 year olds could do a better job---is just awful and has continual problems. I have a significant investment in speakers but….that’s it!!!!! THIS APP SUCKS

Totally agree with the comments regarding the Sonos app. Useless I just can’t link my speakers easily anymore from either Sonos or via Spotify. Getting to the point when I am looking at other systems.
