I've recently moved house and have a new broadband service.

I cannot group the arc, sub and era 300's into 1 Living Room group. When I try to connect a speaker it creates new living rooms?? The sub also drops connection.

The app is S2? Got the Arc connected to the tv with an HDMI in the arc2 port on the tv.

I've factory reset all speakers (more than once😒) and deleted the app but nothing seems to work to get the speakers all working together.

After you set up the Sub in the Sonos app, you need to go under the Arc’s settings and tap on “+ Connect Sub” to add the Sub to the Arc:

After you set up the Era 300s in the Sonos app, you need to go under the Arc’s settings and tap on “+ Set up Surrounds” to add the Era 300s as surrounds to the Arc:

Thanks,  do all of tthat, but the surrounds create Living Room 3, the sub creates Living Room 2 and the Arc creates Living Room. I can't seem to get all moved into just 1 Living Room.

When I try to add them all together as a group, I can't play the tv sound only content?

I apologise in advance for being thick on the subjectđŸ€ŁđŸ€Ł

You want to be sure that the Era 300’s are not setup as a stereo pair. They should be individual rooms in order to ad them as surrounds.

Don’t “add them as a group”. Grouping is not what you want to do. Select Living Room, then use the Add Sub option. Then Add Surrounds. Do not group anything.

In Sonos lingo you “group” rooms. A “room” is a speaker or a defined (stereo or surround) set of speakers. So a surround set is a “room” not a “group”.
