Is there a glitch in the app that is causing all my speakers to be set based on one speakers volume level- I do not have them paired . Also when I open the app it takes minutes for the speakers to appear.

Wouldn’t hurt to unplug your speakers before you reboot the router, either. Wait two minutes after you reboot that router before plugging back in the Sonos speakers.
