App issues- speaker volume only adjustable on one speaker

Is there a glitch in the app that is causing all my speakers to be set based on one speakers volume level- I do not have them paired .  Also when I open the app it takes minutes for the speakers to appear.

Wouldn’t hurt to unplug your speakers before you reboot the router, either. Wait two minutes after you reboot that router before plugging back in the Sonos speakers.

You have issues with your network if it takes minutes for the speakers to appear.

The app should fully load within a few seconds.

Start by rebooting your router to see if anything improves.

You don't list your speakers in your profile.

If you have more than two identical speakers they can't be Paired, are you possibly talking about Grouping?

If grouped you will see one volume setting that adjusts all speakers if you tap it you will see controls for individual speakers. You can also see that on the Grouping popup.
