If my wife uploads the app as well, does she need to create a new account or does she use my login and password?

There’s no need for her to ‘log in’ unless she is adding a music account, in which she’d use the same login information as you. But when she installs the controller app, she should choose ‘join existing system’.

If the system is set up on your account she can only use the app using your details.
