Amazon Playlist error

I suddenly can’t play my playlists I created on Amazon music. I get requested operation failed. I unplugged all devices. I logged out of Amazon. Still doesn’t work. I see posts about this from 2 years ago but no real solution. HELP! Thank you

Have you removed Amazon from your Sonos, waited two minutes, then re-installed it, forcing a new handshake with the Amazon authorization and music servers?
