 When I try to play a playlist created on Amazon Music only 100 tracks load into the queue.  This is the only service that has this issue.

@MoPac

I can not reproduce this… have a playlist with 102 tracks on Amazon Musik Unlimited and add it completely to the blank queue.

 Removed the Amazon Music service then re activated it.  Still only 100 tracks load into the queue.  What’s odd is I can scroll down the playlist and add more tracks to the queue at which point the queue increases in size.  So why the limitation on an initial attempt to load a playlist of more than 100 tracks?

 When I try the same thing with Apple Music the entire playlist loads into the queue.  Same for Qobuz & local library.  The Amazon Music 100 track load limitation makes no sense.

How do you add the tracks to the queue?

A couple of Sonos app versions ago there was a difference in that Replace Queue, Play Now, and Shuffle only put the first 100 tracks of an Amazon Music playlist to the queue. Add to End of Queue and Play Next put all the tracks of a 100+ track playlist to the queue on the Sonos app.

Are those still working like that? Or is that now so that all those options just put first 100?

 I used Add to End of Queue to add the other tracks to the 100 track queue.

 All I get in the context menu for the playlist I created on Amazon Music is Save to Sonos Favorites & Play Now.   This is when I have the Arc surround setup as the player.  When I did this the tv was on.   I’ll try it later with the TV off ( wife is watching now ).

  She left the room…. With the TV off I get all the options in the context menu.

 When I have the Move stereo pair as the player I get all the options in the context menu.

 When I have the Move stereo as the player and use Add to End of Queue and I get 500 tracks.  Better than the 100 track limit, but still not the entire playlist.

 What I did that gave me only 100 tracks was to open one of my playlists I created on Amazon Music then touch the Play icon.
