Why does opening a user created playlist in Amazon Music often not show the 3dot button that takes you to the 5 different choices?  Instead there is a single 3dot button that opens a screen with the one choice Save to Sonos Favorites.

After enough unnecessary close-open-close-open-open a different playlist-etc. I can finally get the choices used for playing the playlist.

Hi @MoPac,

I raised this with our team and after testing both iOS and Android, they weren’t able to replicate this.

They suggest making sure your system and app are fully up to date, as well as checking if this happens over multiple controllers. If you’re able to get a diagnostics after this occurs in the app and a recreation video of the issue and reply here then I can forward those to the team.

One of my colleagues suggested that if you have Pi-hole or any DNS filtering on your network, then you may need to whitelist app-management.com

If that helps then let me know, otherwise I’ll wait for your diagnostics and video for our team.

Speaking of app-management.com my DNS (Domain Name System) resolver is having fits with it tonight. I get NXDOMAIN when trying to find it.

Going outside my network, to the ISP’s fiber box i still get nothing.

Diagnostics: DNS Lookup: Host "app-management.com" could not be resolved.

Using a web based DNS resolver to get outside my ISP I get the same response.
