Amazon Music not playing

My Amazon music is not playing on my Sonos. I have the free version and it keeps telling me to upgrade. I have removed it and addded it back. I have reauthorized it but nothing works. Any recommendations?

There are four tiers of access to Amazon Music on Sonos:

  • Amazon Music Unlimited
  • Amazon Music HD
  • Prime Music
  • Amazon Music Library

Thanks. Yes we have prime music and it was working fine until about a week ago. I can’t get it to work on Sonos but my prime music plays fine on my Amazon music app

So you’re using amazon prime music. If it's not the reauthorizing of the account that fix the issue and still telling you to upgrade the account then that's the time you need to contact Amazon prime music support team, might have something do to with you’re profile or settings in your account.
