I’ve reauthorized, removed readded, updated sonos, closed sonos, reopened. nothing works.

using the sonos app on the desktop with the newest version and also newest version on my phone. both show the Requested Operation Failed, please try again for anything amazon. 


Sorry no soluton, but have the same problem. Additionally, can't play Apple music either. The app at the moment is completely useless


Where does your Sonos account indicate it is from? Where are you physically? Have you tried a reboot of your router?
