Amazon Music in Belgium

Good morning,

Is it foreseen to include Amazon Music in Sonos for users from Belgium?

I read that the workaround would be to modify my address in my Sonos profile and to indicate an address where Amazon Music is available in Sonos (France for instance). But I prefer not to put a fake address in my profile,  for my future orders, my contacts with the support,…

Thank you

Hi @christophefontaine

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Thanks for your post!

As far as I know, no. I can only really go by what is said in the Availability section on our Amazon Music on Sonos help page. In general, we will support whatever we can support, anywhere we are allowed to support it. In this case, it does not seem like Amazon is allowing us to support Amazon Music in Belgium at this time.

I can therefore only really suggest that you get in touch with Amazon and request that they allow access to your account from your Sonos system in Belgium.

I really can’t advise using a false address, but it has been mentioned here before by community members.

I hope this helps.
