Hi @Fearless54
Welcome back to the Sonos Community!
I’m sorry to hear of these issues you’ve been having with using your Amazon Music account on your Sonos system.
I don’t use Amazon myself much, and therefore can’t really test this myself, so I will ask some colleagues if they can do so for me instead.
So that I know what to ask them to try, could you please confirm for me that you are not talking about searching or viewing Amazon’s entire library, but only that which you have marked and added to the My Music section which shows within the Amazon Music container in the Sonos app? Thanks.
Corry
Iam talking about when I select my music under Amazon and the options are playlist, artist, track or genre
when I select artists I only see up to D in names
but to be honest I have constant problems with Amazon access with selection of tracks, error messages and access to full playlists
iam really fed up with the constant failure to play my music.
i have good internet, the latest app and its a battle all the time
all I want is to play my personal library not access the Amazon whole list
Hi @Fearless54
Understood - thanks for clarifying that for me. I will see if I can find a colleague who uses Amazon Music sufficiently enough to test this behaviour, and get back to you.
In the meantime, please try removing Amazon Music from your Sonos system, then add it back on again:
Remove a music service account from Sonos
Add a music service to Sonos
I hope this helps.
Hi @Fearless54
My colleague could not reproduce the issues you mention, especially with browsing Artists - she could see all of them.
Hopefully the steps I gave above will help, but if not, I can only now recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
Corey I have deleted Amazon and re installed it and the same issues remains the same.
one playlist that is 494 tracks only shows 400 and my artist list stops at D
i will contact someone later but this has been a constant issue and is a huge functional limitation
if it can’t be fixed need another system
Hi @Fearless54
Understood - I hope that they are able to assist, or at least find out what it is about those tracks that makes them disappear.
