All my content services have been removed (same on multiple iphones). The system will now not let me add any content services (so it pretty useless). I’ve rebooted, as well as signed out but it makes no difference. It just says unable to load content.

I can play directly to the speakers from Spotify, but throught the Sonos app nothing works.

Same here on Android. Yesterday it worked and now everything’s gone. No new updates of the app has appeared in the meantime.

The app is getting worse by the day.

My three Ones and. 5 may as well be bricks

Same here.  Multiple iOS devices and Android all show no services and you can’t add them.  I had many services and now they all are gone and when you try to add them you get this:

I'm getting the exact same issue. All services removed (Android App) and cannot add them back. Also get the check Internet connection same as the screenshot above.

I found a work around to add the service back. In the Spotify app, start playing and select a Sonos room. Then try to group a room from within Spotify and it will ask you to do the service authorisation from Spotify, which works.

It is working again now @cjanssen ?

From the timing of your post it coincides with there being issues with the Sonos backend platform services
