Album covers are still mostly missing

We used to see album covers for our locally stored music library. I’ve been waiting for the Sonos app debacles to clear up. But it seems like there are still issues with album art showing up.  Some art/covers are shown, albeit slowly, after letting the app sit on the Music Library/Albums screen for awhile.  But not all.

I should add, that in addition to that, on the Albums screen, I’m seeing quite a number of dupes. That is, the same album is listed multiple times.  I tap through and can verify that they are the exact same album just listed many times.

Any information about that state of this?  I’ve done the “Scan for New Content” many times. That doesn’t seem to have any effect on either issue.

Do a scan and within 10 minutes of it finishing submit a diagnostic. When you have time call Sonos and ask them to look into your issues.

The best way to get Sonos to prioritize a fix is to report it to support (not here) with a matching diagnostic.
