Over last week or so, I’ve been having a repeat issue with Alarms on my Play (s)

The alarms simply appear to randomly disappear.    Very frustratingly - one of the Plays resorts to Sonos Chime, while the others remain silent.

I’ve re-entered  the data may 10 times over the last 4 or 5 days ; they occasionally seem to operate once then disappears.

Am I missing something, or is there still a underlying problem with the software?

@Tobermory, Reboot every Sonos speaker, please, by unplugging them. Afterwards reset the Sonos app as well, re-connecting it to an Existing System.

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

We are aware of some issues with Alarms impacting customers and are investigating. We don’t have an estimate for when a fix will become available, but I will update this thread when I hear of it.

If possible, we recommend you use a desktop controller (Sonos app for MacOS or Windows) to adjust alarms in the meantime, downloadable here.

Thank’s for these two responses.   I’ve managed a temporary fix, leaving the two units on which I ‘use’ alarms permanently switched on!

The reboot and app refresh suggested by Smilija did work,  but all Alarms had disappeared again next morning..!
