Samsung S25 Ultra 

When setting alarm time, keypad isn't staying on screen which prevents entry of the numbers.

Seems like you may need call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Not sure they have an email to send data / issues to, just the phone number. It will be fascinating if you get any response at all.

I have the same problem here with Pixel 9 using the Sonos app version from 26 January 2026 - 81.00.51.

This is only work around (if it works) but we need a solution to this bug!

For a solution you need to call Sonos to (better) make them aware of this problem.

Without repro details and a diagnostic that shows the issue, they’re unlikely to look at it. So as ​@106rallye says, a call in is your best bet. Merely posting in this thread is unlikely to get any significant activity.

Hey everyone - got the support bot and no human conversation escalation after these standard recommendations failed to improve:  Reset app, uninstall/ reinstall app, if not addressed then sent email to support.

And heard nothing but crickets in 48 hrs.

Didn’t realize support had an email, only phone calls. They don’t list anything on the contact page. Which email did you send to?

I wouldn’t count on the Chatbot, either, I’d want to talk to someone on the phone.
