Hi, 

Does anybody know how the alarms works on the Sonos app?

When installed to the preferred time, frequency, volume and (in this case) Spotify playlist- It does not play. 
Previously I used the alarms on daily basis without any problems (old app version)

There has been an alarms bug where they went off at the wrong time due to a time zone error. This could be what happened here. There is a new date and time setting in the Manage area of the new app update released today. I would check that out as a first step
