Alarm in App version 80.16.32-

Why can I not view or create alarms in the new mobile (iphone) app?

I can with the desktop app on a PC. My old alarms are still working.

In the new iphone app I can create an alarm, it saves, then doesn’t work. Next time I open the alarms it is not there.

Hello @fjakhfjshafdagfasdf, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue where you are unable to create/edit/delete alarms in the Sonos App with your iOS device.

Thank you for reporting this to us. We are investigating the issue and do not currently have an ETA on when this will be fixed.

The available workaround, as you mentioned, would be to temporarily use a different controller (Android/desktop) to do this.

I will make sure to reply here with an update, when I get one, and I hope this helps.

Same here, alarm feature hasn’t worked for the last few weeks, I’ve been setting it every night waiting for the issue to be corrected.  Tonight I don’t even have the “alarm” option!  Could you please rectify the issue as it is a major concern and inconvenience, I rely on this feature daily, so frustrating.

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. But don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Also unable to create new alarms or edit existing ones. Have tried it on the macOS, iOS, and android.
