Hi. I have been trying to play music on my Era 100 for a good while now, and it just won’t. It can connect to my phone, and my phone says it’s working and playing music through it, but no sound will come out. I tried turning it on and off, without any success. If it can help solving my problem, I’m using Spotify and am on iOS 18.6.2.

My phone could support it (14 pro) but most people I know that got it told me it pretty much ruined everything and now their phone is bugging a lot, so I would rather not have it for now.
Airplay is an Apple product. I suggest you contact Apple Support to get their opinion.
Make sure Sonos app and speakers are up to date.
