I am trying to stream a radio station to all my Sonos speakers via Airtime. But it is only recognising one speaker. How do I get Airtime to capture all my speakers? (I have put them into one group via the Sonos app but only one speaker is picked up by Airtime). Thanks

Ungroup them. Play to one speaker via Airplay, then tap the speaker icon in the now playing bar (or now playing screen), and tick the other speakers you wish to also play on, and press Apply. Does that work?

Assuming you mean AirPlay, the most reliable way I’ve found to use AirPlay for multiple speakers, is to start ungrouped in Sonos. AirPlay to one speaker. Then group the others to the one that’s playing.
Others regarding starting AirPlay to one speaker first then creating the group are correct. Starting separate streams to each speaker then creating a group while it may work for a minute will fail every time. Remember Airplay also piggy-backs on your home network so as it goes so goes AirPlay.

Also, not all speakers are AirPlay 2 receivers. For instance, my PLAY:1s won’t show up in the AirPlay 2 list, but I can easily send my AirPlay 2 signal to a Sonos One, then group the Sonos One with any of my other speakers to get the signal distributed. It does require the extra step of opening the Sonos controller to do the grouping, though.
