airplay code and sonos arc

Hi everyone,

First of all sorry for my english I’m french…. :) 

I have a problem to use my sonos arc with AirPlay. When I want to listen music with airplay from m IPhone, it askes for un password that I don’t have…

I have read a lot of topics about it….

  • I reset my sonos
  • I don’t have my sonos set in my app home

I don’t know what I can do more…

If someone have a solution ? :)

Your company has installed an MDM on your phone, and that MDM requires PIN codes for all Airplay connections. This is not compatible with Sonos as they do not support Airplay PINs.

You either need to get rid of the MDM (likely not easy on a work phone) or use another device.

You either need to get rid of the MDM (likely not easy on a work phone) or use another device.

Because that is the only reason Airplaying to a Sonos device will ask for a PIN.
